3. Bookings and Payments
• Bookings must be made in writing (email or direct message).
• Services become confirmed only after written confirmation.
• A deposit or full payment may be required, as agreed in advance.
• Prices include VAT where applicable under Dutch law.
• Payment methods will be specified in the booking confirmation.
4. Service Delivery
• Private tours take place at the agreed time and location.
• Programs may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic situations, or force majeure circumstances.
• Travel planning and consultancy services are advisory in nature.
5. Intellectual Property

• If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, completed work is non-refundable.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable but transferable.

• Weather-related disruptions
• Damages caused by third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.)
Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the countries visited.

9. Amendments
Benelux Kalauz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, in the district where the business is established.
